When Lesley approached me to be a guest on the Real Women segment of her blog Blare June, I was honoured, humbled and excited.

My two favourite things about being a photographer are, having an outlet to express my feelings and creativity, and the bonds that I make, with the beautiful souls that I get to capture through my lens. Creating new friendships can be hard as we get older, but I think it is just as important as maintaining old friendships as we go through life.

I met Lesley earlier this year when she reached out about photographing her, and we had an instant connection; both professionally and personally. She has so many great things to share with the world, and I love photographing her so much.
