This past weekend Teddy and I hopped in the truck, and made the scenic 3 hour drive down to a beautiful little place called Clare, Nova Scotia. It is an Acadian French community, and it was prom day! It is tradition to have photos taken on the grounds of Larry Theriault, he has a gorgeous property, and all the soon-to-be graduates in Clare, flock to his beautiful gardens all dolled up to be photographed.

We were invited down to photograph 5 beautiful young ladies, Kristianne, Taylor, Anique, and sisters Ashley & Maria. It was a glorious sunny day, and we were shooting at noon, so we had to be creative with where we took the photos. These 5 stunners were such a sweet group of women, and so thankful and welcoming to us. There were about 100 people on the grounds at the time of our session, but we gave each one of our beauties all the attention in the world, while strategically placing ourselves so we looked like the only ones there. We had such a wonderful time with each of them; such sweethearts!

All I can say, is that I never looked this put together in my grade 12 year, these ladies are stunning. The lovely corsages were made by Stan’s Flower Shop in the Clare Pharmasave; Anique works there.
