Last November, Teddy and I flew to Toronto to document Sean & Anastasia’s wedding. It was a wonderful reunion of old friends, and we ended up making many new ones that weekend. I absolutely adore small intimate weddings. Being there to capture them makes me feel like am watching a really good movie. Anastasia and Sean currently live in Australia, and both work as doctors there. With Anastasia’s family coming from Russia, their friends from all over, and Sean’s family living in Ontario, they decided to have their lovely intimate wedding in Toronto. They both got ready together at Sean’s father’s home, then whisked each other off to the gorgeous Cardinal Flahiff Basilian Centre on the University of Toronto campus to say their vows.

It was a chilly Autumn evening, but the sunset was so beautiful for their early evening bridal party portraits. Their evening continued at the Park Hyatt Toronto, where they celebrating with laughter and tears, and the whisky did flow. The atmosphere throughout the entire day was so warm and loving.
