We have been in the new house now for 2 months, we love it and it hasn’t been that difficult to get used to living off the grid from municipal services.That being said however, my hair would beg to differ.  After a month in I felt like my hair had lost its way (looked like a broom), at first I attributed this to me getting older and potentially losing the shiny girlish locks.  Not being able to deal with that reality, I started to GOOGLE.

It turns out that well water can tend to be soft, even if you have a treatment system and soft water can prevent from getting all of the shampoo out of your hair, who knew!  Well I am sure some of you smart ones did know that, so I started on the hunt for a shampoo to bring my hair back. GOOGLE then led me to LUSH and I was very sceptical at first because that is the store that practically burns my eyes out whenever I walk by it in the mall, so I was hesitant to enter the fragrant abode, but I did.

Once in there I found this wonderful creation, “BIG”, main ingredient is sea salt.  There are literally salt crystals in there and there seems to be more salt than shampoo, but it brought my hair back.

I know of a few ladies out there who would welcome this discovery and I felt important to share.
