Purposeful, balanced, bright and relaxed, is how Kate Kristiansen of White Oak Living would describe the aesthetic for her home. I had the honour of being given a tour and photograph the beautiful space. The home was built by Earthworks Construction, Kate’s Husband’s company, and designed and styled by her. I felt that since there was so much of Kate’s heart that went into this home, she needed to be in the images, she had Chantelle Brown do her make up so she could be photo ready.

Every part of this home made my heart sing, Kate’s minimalist style and attention to detail was a photographer’s dream. She even incorporated one of my homemade smudge sticks into her decor, see if you can spot it. You may also see a peek of a Foxhound Collection candle in the space, I love those candles so much, and a set of Sara Kelly Designs mala beads.
